Phillip Aaron and I have been moving around in the culinary world since we were teenagers. Five years ago we decided to finally start our own business. With so many options and directions to go, we landed in the Grow Local Kitchen doing a pop-up all summer long at the Nashville Farmer’s Market. After working up the funds, we bought our first food truck! It was so much fun. The next two years we ran our food truck out of the amazing commissary kitchen, Citizen Incubator Kitchen. We set up our truck mainly at our friend’s local bars, after hours parties and private events. Two Goats food truck was a great late night option for people until the early morning hours. Since then, we have grown more personal chef services and catering. We truly enjoy cooking for people and meeting new people.
